There are 24,000 plus recruitment and staffing consultants in India. A new entrant will have really stiff competition. Thus, the new entrant should take these following steps:
- The firm must ideally enter into a niche market segment for example one can choose a sector like pharmacy/hospital recruitments only.
- The firm has to introduce technologies like online resume management, recruitment management and entire recruitment cycle.
- The firm must provide weekly training to the consultants so that they are equipped to always produce optimum solutions to the clients.
- The firm must build up and retain clients and initially work with exclusive clients to ensure they are absolutely happy and content with the service.
- Most importantly the firm must make certain that the Cash Flow is always positive.
