What influences us, we imbibe it internally, deeply resonating it with our innate passion. What reflects out of our own personal aura inspires others who get enamoured by that eternal flow of positive influence.
Inspirational influence interlinks individuals at all levels. It establishes a trusting relationship which is the basis for a healthy, prosperous, and progressive society where each contributing individual is connected into a wide network of interpersonal harmony.
The human connect is the foundational principle of every successful human endeavour ever ventured. The bond strengthens by compassionately committed professional peers who form the trustworthy companionship of mutually integrated humane spirits: an exceptional enterprising entity. That is how any company of any industry excels in its mission: ushering its surrounding community, state, and nation into a constant growth momentum.

In an interview with Insights Success, Megha spoke in brief about her inspiration, and professional values, and shed light on her plans. Highlights of that exclusive interview are given herein.
Ma’am, what was your inspiration behind venturing into the professional corporate arena?
There is no one right way to get inspiration. It is deeply personal and derives from what is important to you and what drives you. But no matter where you find it, it is often an integral part of what keeps you going when times get tough. Being around passionate people. They are always contagious for me and they get my juices going. And they come from all walks of life, not just famous artists, or musicians.
I remember a summer job I had in college where I worked in a warehouse as a puller and packer. It’s about the most boring job you could ever imagine. I really liked one of the older guys that worked there as he was super intelligent, and we always had great conversations at lunch. He rode the forklift around with a big smile and would tell me to do my best and be the best at the job I was doing, no matter what. He exuded passion for his job when he was on the warehouse floor. It made everyone feel good. I think of him all the time when I interact with anyone on the job.
What professional values and qualities do you think your clients value in you and Vamstar the most?
Whether you’re sprucing up your resume, preparing for an interview, or trying to improve yourself as an employee, focusing on professional values in the workplace is a good place to start. Some of the same values that make you a good person are also highly regarded in employees. Some of those values that work for me well are:-
- Flexibility and Adaptability
- Self-Motivation and Ambition
- Professional Demeanour
As an experienced professional, what would you like to advise the budding aspirants willing to enter the business world?
As a Human Resources Officer, I’ve painstakingly learned the importance of heeding the best business advice I’ve received from many of the world’s top founding members and business owners. The bottom line: It takes a lot to start a business and grow it to profitability. Funny enough, the most impactful lessons have come from my biggest failures though. You have to constantly trust and empower your people.
How do you envision Vamstar’s operations with the emerging technologies and automated tools that are revolutionizing the business world by enabling innovations?
In today’s transformative business environment, emerging technology has a decisive role to play in an organization’s innovations, customer experience, and overall success. On one hand, business leaders have the greatest insight into the organization’s needs and objectives, and likely have new ideas on how to achieve those objectives. On the other hand, the CIO has the greatest knowledge of what is possible — along with an understanding of emerging technologies and how they can be used.
Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), augmented reality (AR) and Internet of Things (IoT) can help organizations scale on demand, improve resiliency, minimize infrastructure investments, and deploy solutions rapidly and securely.
Potentially disruptive emerging technologies such as quantum computing threaten to revolutionize many industries, as well as pose significant risks businesses must manage in the coming years. More importantly, these technologies can help companies create powerful transformations within the organization that can drive additional revenue and set it apart from the competition.
