Delhi International Airport (P) Limited (DIAL), which manages GMR’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) renews its contract with Majestic Research, the largest independent full-service market research firm.
MRSS assisted DIAL in monitoring two key deliverables as per their agreement with Airport Authority of India (AAI) namely – Airport Service Quality and Operation, Maintenance & Development Agreement. As a part of Airport Service Quality, passenger feedback was taken across both domestic and international flyers on their experience within the Delhi airport on various aspects that help GMR act upon areas pertaining to facilities and amenities. Delhi airport currently ranks No. 1 globally across the airports handling 25-40 million passengers per annum (MPPA).
