Chennai, August 11, 2016: Aspire Systems, a global technology services firm with a strong DNA in product engineering, has been ranked 51 in this year’s ‘India’s Best Companies to Work for’ Study commissioned by Great Place To Work® Institute India, in association with The Economic Times. This is the seventh time in a row that Aspire Systems has received this recognition for its operations in India.
This year, the India’s Best Companies to Work for study attracted participation from over 1,70,000 employees from around 800 organizations across approximately 20 industries. This makes it the largest and the most comprehensive survey based on credible data collected using well researched methods. What contributes to the study’s uniqueness is that employees vote for their choice of company; this makes it an objective and an unbiased contest.
“It is indeed an honour to be named one of the top 100 companies to work for in India. Our commitment to our people has always been a priority for us and this recognition reiterates our position as a Great Place to Work: a testimonial from our employees, for the seventh time in a row”, Mr. Dinesh Kumaran, Director-HR, Aspire Systems said.
As a rapidly growing mid-sized company, Aspire has always kept its employees happy, and it is these happy employees that have branded Aspire as a ‘Great Place To Work’, seven times in a row. Despite four acquisitions–including three continuous ones during 2013-14–the management and employees at Aspire have excelled at integrating teams into the system after every acquisition; a task that would have definitely involved a lot of teamwork, and other elements.
Commenting on the ranking, Mr. Gowri Shankar Subramanian, Chairman and CEO, Aspire Systems said, “As we march towards our 20th year at Aspire, this recognition is yet another feather in our cap. We have always been proud of the Aspire work culture and this ranking is a reiteration and a true testimonial from our employees. We consider this an inspiration for all of us at Aspire while we are working towards our $100 million goal by 2018.”
