Kellton Tech Solutions Limited, a Hyderabad based IT services and solutions company continuing its acquisition spree, Kellton Technology successfully acquired US-based Bokanyi consulting, a leading organization serving in the enterprise, the cloud and analytics space with this acquisition strengthens its offerings in I-SMAC, Internet of Things, Social, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud. The strategic combination of Bokanyi’s expertise in enterprise technology and Kellton Tech’s holds leverage cross-selling opportunities; enabling delivery of solutions with quality.
Kellton Tech Solutions Limited, a Hyderabad based IT services and solutions company said, in a statement that it funded the entire acquisition through internal accruals, but gave no details of the financial transaction, “ it has acquired Bokanyi Consulting, a US-based enterprise, the cloud and analytics service provider.
Kellton Tech Solutions are an acquired Bokanyi Consulting, a cloud and analytics service provider based in Houston, US, with revenues of $8 million last year, for an undisclosed amount. The company said that, “ is a recognised expert in serving the mid-market IT needs of customers across 12 countries and “It has established itself as a heavyweight in the enterprise solutions market when it recently earned the recertification of its SAP Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE).”
The company said in a press release on Wednesday, “The recertification places it in the elite segment of the top 3 percent of SAP partners in North America that have the depth and expertise necessary to meet the rigorous standards of SAP. Bokanyi offers a full suite of Analytics Solutions providing insightful, customisable infographics and specialises in SAP HANA implementations.”
Kelton funded the entire acquisition through internal accruals and the acquisition demonstrates Kellton Tech’s continued investment in ISMAC (Internet of things, social, mobile, analytics and cloud) and its resolve to further strengthen its core focus. The company said, “with the US already contributing substantially to Kellton Tech’s revenue, the move will further improve its in-region support and help it to cater to the increasingly profitable mid-markets.”
The second acquisition that Kellton Tech has made in less than a year. The company had, in June 2015, acquired US-based enterprise solutions and business integration provider ProSoft Group, for $14 million in an all-cash deal.
In an interview of Niranjan Chintam, Founder and Chairman, Kellton Tech, said, “As we merge Bokanyi’s proven enterprise technology expertise that complements our ISMAC focus, we look forward to a myriad of new business opportunities while leveraging the cross-selling possibilities brought forth through this acquisition.” It is a major boost to the company’s goal of three-year revenue guidance of Rs. 2000 crore.
